Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, with limitation, your Full name, Address (for shipping purposes), Email Address, Phone Number and Payment information such as Credit Card Number, Expiration date and CVV which in many cases handled through Stripe and Paypal.

Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). Should you wish to reuse any content available on the website, you are thereby advised to use them responsibly. Content may not be used for reselling purposes unless otherwise permitted by the Company Administrator.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by RLZZ’s Preloved Designer Goods LLC.

RLZZ’s Preloved Designer Goods LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that RLZZ’s Preloved Designer Goods LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Layaway Agreement

 Layaway Period – Orders may be placed on layaway for a maximum period of 12 months. Customers have the option of paying the layaway order balance in full at any time prior to the completion of the 12-month layaway period. The expiration date is also displayed during your checkout process, be sure to add it to your calendar so you don’t forget! Should you forget to pay the item every due dates, it will be an auto cancellation or a penalty of $10 per month on top of the monthly fees.

Payment Terms – Orders placed on layaway require at least $50 down payment. The deposit will be automatically calculated for you during checkout.

Eligibility – Only select items of $300 or more may qualify for the layaway program.

Allowed Forms of Payment – Paypal Credit, Paypal and Credit Card by Stripe.

Refunds – Layaway deposit, payments and related charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Returns/Exchanges – Returns or exchanges are not accepted on layaway orders. Please be sure you review the item description and photos thoroughly before making a purchase.

Expiration/Cancellation – Any layaway balance not paid upon expiration of the 12-month layaway period will result in the cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your deposit, payments and related charges. Failure to pay the monthly dues will result in the cancellation of the order without notice.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
